ISHP COURSE POLICIES & PROCEDURES 1 – BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL This course, the FB group and shared spaces is dedicated to our ISHP Journey. We are creating and maintaining a safe haven here, a sacred supportive circle for each student's development and growth in alignment with her/his personal journey. Be Kind Be Respectful Although this isn't a space for debating, we support one another with encouragement, helping each other feel seen and heard. 2- NO SPAM OR PROMOTIONS The FB group is dedicated to the ISHP journey and this is the soul-focused intention of this space. Spam or promotions will be deleted. 3- RESPECT EVERYONE’S PRIVACY We are creating and maintaining a sacred, supportive space with this group, which requires trust. This is a safe space to be our true selves, to stretch, learn and grow. Let's keep this space sacred by respecting everyone's privacy 4 – FOR ACTIVE STUDENTS ONLY This ISHP Group, Emails and Youtube Playlists are for Active Students only. If a monthly payment and/or arrangements haven't been made or if a student has become inactive (i.e. not participating in any aspects of the course and not making the monthly payment exchange) then they will be removed from the course. Access to the FB Group, email list and Youtube playlist will cease as of the last month of tuition. All of our course materials are presented through these mediums, PDF files, demo videos, links etc. and these materials have value and are made accessible to active students only

5 – QUESTIONS ENCOURAGED & TECHNICAL SUPPORT Questions are encouraged to be posted in the group for admin to respond. This benefits the group as others might have the same question and/or might receive additional insight through the Q/A. With that said, if there is a private matter or a need to inquire with me directly, students are welcome to DM me here or to send me an email Rhiannon@RowanTreeReiki.com 6 - ISHP CERTIFICATE – To receive an ISHP Certificate There are Dual Certification Options: 1 - Personal Development Journey Certificate - Awarded to students who complete the full 12-month ISHP journey, honoring their commitment and growth. 2- ISHP Practitioner Certificate: Students who wish to utilize the title, Intuitive Spiritual Healing Practitioner qualify by:  Completing the 12 monthly Zoom Meetings and Key Practices for each month  During Month 12, Students will be requested to complete a number of qualifying practice sessions covering the key modalities that were taught over the 12 month ISHP Course. Students will have 90 days to complete the certification sessions  None of the work will ever be graded and students are always invited to go at their own pace within the structure and format of the course with no hard deadlines. There will be key practices of focus with many optional practices to choose from; allowing students to choose the level of study and practice that suits their intentions for their ISHP journey. 7 – SELF RESPONSIBILITY & MENTOR SUPPORT Rhiannon serves as guide and mentor to active ISHP students. Her role as guide and mentor entails facilitating a monthly zoom meeting at the appointed date/time, providing weekly assignments 3x a month and to be reasonably available for questions or support with the ISHP course materials, assignments, etc. She helps motivate and inspire through encouraging and inspirational posts in the group. Rhiannon will respond to questions via email and questions posted in the group, typically within 24 hours. The monthly Zoom meeting will also provide opportunities for Q/A.  Coaching Call or Text these are offered on a limited basis, if the support cannot be met via a question over email or in the group. Coaching Calls are via scheduled agreed time/date, 15 minutes. If a student desires more personal, one on one mentoring, Rhiannon offers private mentoring sessions to students at a discounted rate.  Depending on the nature of the question, Rhiannon might choose to post the answer via video or live in the group for all to benefit. However, she will never respond in the group regarding a more private issue that has been brought to her.  Students are responsible for communicating any needs, problems or issues with their ability to navigate the program, questions regarding an assignment or practice, etc.  Students are requested to notify if they aren’t able to attend a Zoom meeting within 24 hours of scheduled Zoom. They are responsible for watching the replay of the monthly meeting, link posted/provided in the ISHP group within 24 hours of the meeting.  Within a small ISHP student base, Monthly Zoom meeting will need to be rescheduled if there is no one able to attend. Zoom will move forward with the minimum of two students.  Students are responsible for being able to navigate Facebook to the dedicated ISHP FB Group,  Students need to please turn on notifications for the Group to insure they are being notified of posts within the group  Students are responsible for being able to receive and utilize the materials provided via email, PDF, video links, youtube links and meditation links

8- GO AT YOUR OWN PACE & ENJOY THE JOURNEY While we will have a different focus each month, and weekly assignments weeks 1-3, this is a journey of 12 months - the long run not the short sprint. Certification isn’t dependent upon completing every assignment, it is about familiarizing and having a base ability with the core topics presented each month. The assignments are full to offer a challenge to those that want a challenge and who have the time. Students are encouraged to work with the materials in a way that works for them - Rhiannon is available to support this process. Please go at your own pace and let this journey provide a balancing point and be a source of nourishment within your life. 9- MONTHLY EXCHANGE The monthly exchange is $60 per month. Payment exchange is due by the first of each month and can be made via PayPal https://paypal.me/RowanTreeReiki222 or Venmo @LisaRhiannon-BarkemeijerdeWit There are no refunds, students can discontinue at anytime, active status will be changed to inactive at the first of the following month. 10 – Refund Policy No Refunds. ISHP is offered at an incredibly reasonable rate. Active ISHP Students’ Monthly Tuition includes access to the scheduled Zoom meeting, along with the replay posted in the ISHP group and the class assignments and materials for that month which can be downloaded. Since payment is made on a month to month basis and during the month, students have access to the Zoom meeting (live and replay) all class materials provided through the FB Group, email and YouTube, we do not refund. Non attendance to the Zoom meeting is not grounds for refund. Tuition is paid on a month to month basis. Students may discontinue at any time and their status will remain active through the end of the month from which they discontinue or the last month tuition was paid. Notice to discontinue is necessary, can be done via email or DM. 11- Staying the Course This is a progressive course, students begin at Month One and progress through to Month 12. While students can discontinue at anytime, students are not able to come and go within the year. 12- Discontinuing Please give notice to Rhiannon via email if deciding to discontinue. We understand sometimes life happens or there might not be alignment. No need to give a reason, however, communicating your intentions is appreciated. Closure for all parties is courteous and allows us to part with clarity. 13- Known Guides & Course Practice ISHP is intentionally structured as a progressive 12-month journey, with each practice building upon the foundation established in the months before it. For the integrity and safety of our shared learning space, students are asked to follow the practices as guided and not connect with unknown or generic guides, entities, spirits, distant unknown ancestors, or collective consciousness sources as part of ISHP course work or student-to-student practice. Throughout the journey we begin with known and trusted guides, specifically the Archangels, and gradually broaden our work to include Divine Feminine and Masculine Archetypes, Animal and Nature Allies, Shamanic Journey and Mediumship. Previous spiritual and intuitive experience is respected; however, when participating in ISHP practices, particularly those involving fellow students, everyone is asked to honor the course structure as presented. 14 – Student Supplies There are some supplies that students are responsible for out of their own pocket. These supplies are listed in the 12-Month Plan. We encourage students to purchase supplies as entering the month needed as suggestions and details for those supplies will be provided at that time. Some of these supplies are needed for practice sessions and students are encouraged to plan for this. If there is financial difficulty, please contact Rhiannon so that she can try to work with you. 15- Oracle Card Decks Included An Angel Oracle Card deck will be provided to enrolled / active students in Month Four An Animal Oracle Card deck will be provided to enrolled / active students in Month Nine 16 – Ethical Stewardship of Spiritual Teachings ISHP encourages students to move beyond simply learning information and allow teachings to become integrated through personal practice and lived experience. As practitioners and future teachers, students are asked to honor the teachers, traditions and sources that have contributed to their learning, while allowing sufficient time and experience for teachings to become authentically embodied and expressed through their own unique voice. Course materials—including written materials, guided meditations, recordings, class content and original exercises—remain the intellectual property of their creators and may not be reproduced, redistributed, recorded or taught as one's own without permission. A separate “Ethical Stewardship of Spiritual Teachings” PDF is provided as part of the course materials with greater explanation and guidance regarding integration, attribution, intellectual property and sharing spiritual teachings with integrity. 17- HONOR YOUR PERSONAL PATH If something feels awkward or uncomfortable, ask yourself these three questions:  Is this feeling awkward and uncomfortable because it’s new?  Is it feeling awkward and uncomfortable because it is something I need to work with  Is it feeling awkward and uncomfortable because it is not in alignment with my personal path – if this is the case then do not do it, set it aside OR modify it to be in alignment with you/your beliefs. Always listen to your body in all that we are doing. Nothing should cause pain, we can modify and adapt for you if needed. If a practice doesn’t align with your personal beliefs, you have the option to set it aside or to modify it. If asked, Rhiannon will do her best to make some suggestions for modification. However, it will be up to the student to use those suggestions to create a modification that works for them. *this might not apply to the qualifying certification practices, however, still, Rhiannon will offer to work with students. If you are currently under doctor’s care and/or have a medical/mental/emotional condition please consult your doctor prior to attempting any of the exercises or practices here in ISHP.
